Michael Jordan's son, Jeff Jordan, talking with Illinois coaches about possible return

Michael Jordan’s son, Jeff Jordan, could be making a comeback to college basketball this season.

Jordan met with Illinois coaches about possibly re-joining the team four months after he decided to call it quits on playing basketball for the school in order to focus more on his school work.

Jeff Jordan is Michael’s oldest son who initially walked on for Illinois before earning a scholarship. Illinois spokesman Derrick Burson said Thursday that Jordan recently met with assistant coaches about a possible return. Jordan hasn't yet met with head coach Bruce Weber.
