Ricky Rubio has been a professional basketball since he was 14 years, 11 months and 24 days old and could go as high as the number two pick in this year's NBA Draft.

For the third in franchise history, the Los Angeles Clippers won the NBA’s draft lottery which will now give them the No. 1 overall selection in the 2009 NBA draft on June 25.

The NBA regular season has come to a close and now the top 16 teams will shift their focus to the NBA playoffs. The playoffs begin on this weekend and signify the start of the journey to become the last team standing in the NBA.

On Thursday night, the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Denver Nuggets 116-102, but Friday night the Lakers play the Nuggets division foe the Portland Trailblazers and can determine who wins the Northwest division.

The top two teams in the NBA’s Western conference will face off tonight in a game that carries a lot of importance for one team, and probably not as much for the other.
