What's up ya'll? I'm just rehabbing, rehabbing, rehabbing my life away . That's what come with it though. I got my stitches out a couple of days ago and everything is going well. I'm just in the rehab center more than I would like but not too bad so far. Being that I am not rushing to get back for anything except next season, I can take my time and more importantly take the properly needed steps to come back even stronger. Great win on the road last week by my Colts. To go into Pittsburgh and get a win says a lot about our team and the guys on the roster.

What's up Jocklifers? Well, I'm back on the post and the pain is gone. I'm talking about the pain in my knee. I had my surgery on my knee about 8 days ago and man alive, does that not feel good. The pain has subsided and I am feeling a lot better and I am already able to get a lot of movement out of it. Once you tear your ACL, you basically know that it is going to take 6-8 months to get back to one hundred percent. If you see me on the street in 3 weeks, you shouldn't be able to tell that I am injured but right now I am definitely limping around.

I'm sure all of you have heard by now that I tore my ACL in the game against Baltimore a few weeks back. If you saw me walking around right now, you wouldn't even know that I was hurt. Right now I am able to walk around fine and normally people can't even move around because of the swelling but I haven't had any of that and I am even ready to get my surgery next week. Normally you need to wait at least three to four weeks but because I haven't had much swelling, the doctors have cleared me to get the surgery and then start rehabbing.

I'm sure most of you have seen or heard about our win last week at Houston. That's pretty crazy! You could have that situation a thousand times and never see that type of finish happen again, a million times and it probably would never happen again. It was amazing to see how that game changed. Turnovers were the key. The defense did a great job of creating turnovers down the stretch and obviously when you got a guy like Peyton Manning on your side, you feel like you always have a chance to win. With four minutes left in the game it certainly didn't seem like we had much of a chance though.

Well I guess that how things are in the NFL. One week we are celebrating a last second field goal to pull out a victory against Minnesota and then this week we are bumming after a last second field goal to go down in defeat at home against Jacksonville. Definitely always down after a loss like that. Jacksonville played great but we definitely feel like we should have won that game. In the NFL you have the play the whole game or you are going to lose. You have to play to that last second. Once we went up 21-20, they had a minute ten left on the clock and they did what they needed to do.

Wow to be down 15-0 after three quarters and really getting beat around a bit, to come out of Minneapolis with a victory was really thrilling. Everyone in the locker room was just ecstatic after the game. Any time you when a game on a last second field goal it is a great feeling and to get that first victory of the season felt even better. We knew at halftime, eventhough we were shut out that we were right in the game and that if we did what we know what we can do, we could pull this one out.

Well I'm sure all of you saw the game last Sunday night against Chicago or at least viewed the results. Obviously nobody in the Colts organization was happy with the outcome. We can't hang our heads though, because we have another test coming up next week that we have to prepare for. We just got to work harder this week and focus on doing the small things better. Every game in the NFL is going to be close every week and we just have to limit our turnovers and do all the little things right to try and get the victory.

First off I just want to thank you guys who left some comments on my last post. I loved my time in Ann Arbor and most of that was due to the team's great fans. I appreciate all of the well wishes. Big Blue got off to another rocky start this season but they will be back on top soon with the talent they have there, it just may take a while with the new regime. I love being able to be a fan of the team now just like you and I can't wait for them to show the Big Ten who is boss this season.

My first game as a professional is in the books. Although my team did not come out on top of the scoreboard I feel like we had a good game. I got a few carries and was able to show what I can do so I was happy about that. I always feel like I can do better though and there are definitely some things I can improve on. So far with the playbook I am pretty comfortable with everything. Obviously I don't know everything in there but as a whole I feel like I have had a great amount of time since the OTAs to get comfortable with everything.

This is the third and final week of camp and personally I can't wait until two-a-days are over. For all of you that don't know that means we have been having two practices a day for three straight weeks which is a lot of practicing. Training camp has been what I thought it was going to be and that is just tough, day in and day out. Everyone on the team is just so talented and you really have work hard at what you are doing to stand out each and every day.
