Some of you guys might be wondering when I am getting back out on the field. I am feeling good right now and it might be this week but it will definitely be next if I can't get cleared to go against Kansas City. I have been doing everything the trainers have been telling me but with a hamstring you have to be careful because you don't want it turning into a season long, nagging injury that prevents you from being at your best especially at wide receiver and gunner on special teams.

We all talked about starting this game against Carolina fast in practice all week. That's all Coach Gruden talked about is that he wanted us to start fast and finish strong. The way we started against Carolina was definitely fast and we took the momentum of a block punt for a touchdown on to a victory.

From the first snap, it was a tough game against a worthy opponent in Chicago. In all phases of the game, offense, defense and special teams, this was very physical game with a lot of hitting going on. It was battle from opening kickoff to the last play in overtime. We knew Chicago was a very tough opponent and they got after us. There were a lot of guys on our team that were pretty sore after the game.

First off, I am healthy although I was listed as an injury scratch for the last game against Atlanta. I feel like I could have played but it was a coaches decision to keep me off the field for that game to make sure that I am 100% when I come back. For all those that are wondering though, my health is fine and I am back to normal and I will be ready to go for the game at Chicago.
