We got another big win on Sunday at home. It was a win we needed at this time of the season. We knew that Pittsburgh had already won on Thursday so to keep up with them, we needed to take care of business at home and we did just that. We are trying to win the division and that has been one of our goals since the beginning. We have a crucial three game stretch coming up that is basically going to finalize where this season is going to go. We go to Cincinnati, Washington at home and then a rematch with Pittsburgh at home.

It was a good week for us in Miami and we needed it. Going into this game we were 2-3 and just lost three in a row. It was a pivotal point in our season, we knew if we dropped this one to go 2-4 it would be hard to gain ground on Pittsburgh. We understood it to be a pivotal game and we played as such it was a musht win and everyone in every phase played well.

I'm excited to be posting my own blog. This is something I have never done before but don't let 'em tell you that you can't teach an old vet new tricks. I'm been told to just write about how I think my team is doing and what we have to look forward to in the coming weeks and that is exactly what I will do. I'm also going to write about the Michigan State Spartans, my career in general and anything else that may come up.
